Limited Warranty
Ships Co Ltd warrants
that its products are free from defects in materials and manufacturing, under normal
use, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation.
Ships Co Ltd will,
at its option, repair or replace any product which does not comply with this warranty.
Travel, travel
time and shipping costs outside of the
Puget Sound
Washington
area are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty
excludes (1) unauthorized modifications, (2) Physical damage to the product, (3)
Electrical damage to the product.
This constitutes
the sole warranty made by Ships Co Ltd. There are no other warranties, expressed
or implied, which extend beyond those described herein or to anyone other than the
original purchaser.
This limited warranty
shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of
Washington
, excluding the principles of conflict of law. The United Nations Convention on
contracts for the sale of goods is hereby excluded in its entirety from application
to this Limited Warranty.
